Responsibilities
- Review past episodes and propose an 8-week episode and growth plan
- Edit podcast audio to ensure clarity, flow, and professional sound quality
- Create basic episode artwork and audiograms for promotional use
- Write concise, engaging show notes aligned with the podcast’s calm, professional style
- Schedule and distribute episodes using Buzzsprout and other podcast platforms
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and metadata for search and discoverability
- Manage LinkedIn posting to promote episodes and engage with listeners
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing monthly check-in reports
- Request listener reviews and encourage engagement across platforms
- Provide guest management support and light social / email marketing when needed
- Understanding of podcast analytics and ability to track listener data
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content posting and engagement strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver consistently on a set publishing schedule
- Remote availability with reliable communication and reporting

Skills and Requirements
- Experience managing at least 2–3 podcasts end-to-end
- Proficiency with Riverside, Buzzsprout, and podcast distribution tools
- Strong audio editing skills with familiarity in tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar
- Ability to design simple, professional visual assets (artwork and audiograms)
- Clear written English, with tone adapted to professional and calm workplace audiences
