We’re a UAE-based podcast production company seeking an experienced Podcast Producer to join our team remotely. You’ll be the driving force behind turning concepts into high-quality shows that stand out, engage audiences, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do :

Own the Entire Production Process

• Manage end-to-end podcast production : planning, scripting, scheduling, recording, editing, publishing.
• Coordinate guests, hosts, and production timelines seamlessly.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Constantly update your knowledge of YouTube’s latest features, audio platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Anghami, etc.), and social media trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop fresh, original concepts for new podcast series and episodes tailored to diverse audiences.
• Think creatively about show formats, storytelling styles, and monetization opportunities.

Lead Short-Form Content Production

• Manage the team in producing impactful reels, shorts, and social media snippets that capture attention and drive traffic to full episodes.

Ensure Top-Notch Quality

• Oversee editing and post-production to deliver polished, professional audio and video content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all podcast assets.

Analyse & Improve

• Track performance metrics, analyze audience data, and suggest improvements to grow reach and engagement.
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in podcast production — not just editing but owning the creative and operational process.
• Deep understanding of content trends across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with examples of shows or episodes you’ve developed from scratch
• Experience managing teams and coordinating fast-paced content schedules.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for podcasts and social media performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch and present ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
