Job summary

Hitachi Energy is inviting UAE nationals to join its Emiratisation Trainee Program in Abu Dhabi. As a trainee, you will be embedded in a diverse, collaborative team focused on power grid technologies and energy services.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will gain exposure to commissioning, design reviews, and project support across multiple departments. You will participate in hands-on activities on site, with mentorship and structured training to accelerate learning in engineering

• Support commissioning and start-up activities for energy projects.
• Assist in equipment testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and system verification.
• Review engineering drawings, equipment manuals, and commissioning procedures.
• Prepare commissioning reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Support the preparation and review of engineering designs and technical documentation.
• Assist with engineering calculations, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
• Contribute to project controls, cost monitoring, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
