About the Role
Act as the main point of contact between leadership and the rest of the business—and often external partners too. Oversee all office processes and make sure our daily operations support the big picture.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key executive materials like board decks, reports, and presentations—making sure they’re timely, clear, and well put together.
- Organize leadership offsites, events, and important internal communications.
- Operational PMO (Project & Program Support)
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects—tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress while keeping teams aligned and informed.
- Help define and improve project processes—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the way we run initiatives.
- Support project leads with planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify gaps, risks, or delays early and work with teams to resolve them proactively.
- Keep a pulse on performance—tracking KPIs and helping turn insights into action.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a combined executive support, operations, or project role—you’ve worked with senior leadership and know how to keep multiple moving parts in sync.
Required Skills
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable juggling strategic and tactical work—you can lead a project meeting in the morning and build a polished executive report by the afternoon.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and modern project management platforms (like Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet).
- Strong communicator—clear, concise, and confident across all levels of the organization.
- Bonus points if you have PMP or similar project management certification.
