Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Supervisor, OPS Support - Mechanical to oversee all on-site activities for high-profile energy projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will ensure piping, rotating and static equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned to project specs and international standards.

You will supervise contractors, promote a strong safety culture, manage risks, and keep activities aligned with schedules.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Guarantee that all mechanical systems (piping, rotating equipment, static equipment) are installed, tested, and commissioned in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Supervise and guide contractors/subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution of mechanical works onsite.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring zero incidents and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Monitor mechanical activities against project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
