RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Project Controls Lead / Project Lead, the candidate will assume sole responsibility for Project Planning and Scheduling / Project Controls of Engineering and construction Projects.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting against detailed project plans.
  • Ensure the overall project is delivered to meet the client's schedule requirements and priorities.
  • Perform work without compromising quality and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain high safety standards at all times.
  • Develop a Work Breakdown Structure covering the project requirements and scope of works.
  • Create, baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules across various phases, including design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors, and subcontractors during schedule development to incorporate all project requirements.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction planning processes, planning tools, and project management techniques.
  • Experience with CTR and progress measurement processes.
  • Experience working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in EPC Projects and ADNOC Projects.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC Standards and procedures.
