Job summary

John Wood Group PLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced PMC Lead Piping Engineer to oversee piping design, development and implementation for a high-profile client. You will ensure safety, reliability and compliance with project specs and industry standards across EPC interfaces.

The role offers exposure to major energy projects within the Oil & Gas sector, opportunities for global collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering technically sound piping solutions within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in all Piping design
Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
Coordinate, Monitor and handle Piping design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Piping Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
