Expected :

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years broad experience in all phases (engineering, procurement, and construction) of major Oil & Gas capital projects and facilities design, with a minimum of 10 (ten) years as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.
• Experience in the recruitment and development of technical staff.
• Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
