The key objectives for this role are :
- Leading and mentoring engineering teams to ensure productivity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Managing budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards throughout all engineering activities.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.
- Aligning engineering strategies with organizational goals and acting as a liaison between technical teams and senior management.

Expected :
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of twenty (20) years broad experience in all phases (engineering, procurement, and construction) of major Oil & Gas capital projects and facilities design, with a minimum of 10 (ten) years as an Engineering Manager.
- Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.
- Experience in the recruitment and development of technical staff.
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
