Job summary

Serco in Dubai Airports is seeking an Assistant Technician FM Plumbing to perform preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on plumbing systems within a designated area of Dubai Airports, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

The role requires knowledge of pipework, valves, pumps and water heaters, with hands-on experience and adherence to safety and LOTO procedures. A Diploma in Pipe Fitting or related field and IOSH Working Safely are preferred, with 3+ years FM experience.

Qualifications

Industrial Training Institute Diploma 2 years in Pipe Fitting or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance or equivalent
IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent
Minimum 3 year experience within a Facility Management or similar environment as Plumbing & Pump Technician.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on plumbing pipework, equipment and systems.
Read interpret and describe the functionality of pipework schematics and system layout drawings.
Safely perform PM, CM and BD maintenance on potable water pipework systems and valves.
Assist with testing and commissioning of plumbing fixtures and systems as required.
