Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Plumbing Technician to maintain and repair plumbing systems at our Abu Dhabi facilities. You will conduct preventive maintenance and respond to reactive tasks, keeping detailed records and performing risk assessments prior to each job.

The role requires a technical diploma, strong English communication, and experience with CAFM systems. You will work on hygienic fittings, pumps, piping, and valves across multiple sites in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven technical qualifications (Diploma or equivalent).
• Strong English communication; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pump room transfer pumps and monitor storage tanks.
• Maintain/replace water heaters and calorifiers.
• Replace pump seals and pump bearings as needed.
• Troubleshoot water pressure and temperature issues.
• Install/repair HDPE/MLC, PPR and PVC piping.
• Repair valves and hygienic fittings (WC, bidet, shower, laundry).
• Respond to call-outs and perform planned and reactive tasks.
• Complete all related paperwork.
