Plumber And Electrician

This dual-skilled role requires proficiency in both plumbing and electrical systems to support facility maintenance and installation activities across residential, commercial, or industrial sites in the UAE. The professional is expected to troubleshoot, repair, and install various plumbing and electrical systems while complying with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
2. Performing electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
3. Inspecting systems and components to identify hazards or faults.
4. Reading blueprints and technical drawings to carry out installations.
5. Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
6. Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe working condition.
7. Coordinating with supervisors to ensure completion of tasks on schedule.
8. Adhering to all local codes and safety regulations during installations and repairs.

Requirements:

1. Vocational training or certification in plumbing and electrical trades.
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both fields.
3. Good understanding of UAE building codes and safety practices.
4. Physical fitness to perform manual tasks in various environments.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
