Handyman (Building Maintenance)
We are seeking a Structure Upkeep Staff (Handyman) with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Plumbing professional or Handyman in residential buildings and/or in the manufacturing industry.

Salary: AED 1800 + Food, Lodging, and Transportation
Work Place: Ras al Khaimah

BASIC DUTIES:

1. Carry out routine inspections of the buildings and identify the maintenance required.
2. Respond to fix requests related to plumbing, flooring jobs, and other civil jobs in commercial lodging and factory premises.
3. Responsible for the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures for drainage and water systems such as damaged dishwashers, broken pipes, and clogged drains.
4. Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure plumbing tools are working efficiently.
5. Perform flooring works like filling gaps or holes (on walls, pathways, walkways, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, manholes, etc.) and laying blocks or changing vinyl tiles and other masonry work in commercial buildings and properties.
6. Oversee and advise on the selection of materials required for plumbing installation/repair. If necessary, communicate with specialists, pipefitters, and other construction workers to ensure an efficient plumbing system.
7. Provide general support to the Carpenter and Housekeeping Staff in modifying or constructing furniture, repairing and carpentry of building doors, cabinets, tables, chairs, and other furnishings.
8. Ensure compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with relevant technical regulations and safety standards such as the appropriate building codes, regulations, and plans.
9. Contribute to ongoing efforts towards cost reduction by providing concrete technical services including better management of utilities and minimizing damage, and preventing loss and damage of equipment.

Wage: AED 1,800.00 per month
Experience: Handyman: 3 years (Preferred).
