Job Description

• Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out of Master card/Key/mobile devices, vacuum machine, Ladder.
• Check and perform daily PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance) in guest rooms and apartments.
• Attend to guest room/Apartment requests promptly.
• Respond to RSM requests.
• Record plant room readings as scheduled.
• Perform PPM tasks as per the checklist, including FCU, EXF, PUMPs, Electrical DB, Dimmer panel, Fly killer, Kitchen PPM.
• Attend to apartment requests.
• Use PPE while performing PPM tasks.
• Respond immediately to emergency requests such as fire alarms, water flooding, gas alarms, etc.
• Report hazards encountered during work.
• Report any equipment abuse and energy wastage.
• Visit plant rooms regularly, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Perform sump pump cleaning and PPM.
• Conduct chiller yard rounds and inspections.
• Perform monthly PPM for booster heaters and pumps.
• Check PRV PPM and perform monthly checks.
• Replace ice machine filters monthly.
• Perform generator PPM.
• Record monthly meter readings.
• Monitor energy conservation efforts.
• Follow up on daily pending works without fail.
• Ensure Side Kick PPM is completed as scheduled.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
