Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems in commercial and residential structures.
• Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Carry out swimming pool maintenance, including pumps, filtration, and chemical dosing.
• Attend to pool-related leakages, blockages, and equipment issues.
• Conduct routine PPM and maintain records of plumbing activities.
• Ensure all works comply with safety and operational standards.
• Conduct basic construction tasks as required and test equipment.

• Perform swimming pool maintenance and operation, including poolpumps, filtration systems, circulation, valves, strainers, andbackwashing.
• Monitor pool water levels, circulation, filtration, and chemicaldosing to maintain required water-quality standards.
• Attend to pool-related leakages, blockages, equipment issues, andcorrective maintenance.
• Conduct routine PPM and maintain records of plumbing and poolequipment activities.
• Ensure all works comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and operationalstandards.
• Responds to,Diagnoses, and Resolves Plumbing Issues with ‘FIVE-Star’ Efficiency.
• Performs remarkableRoutine Inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Conducts Light Construction,carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work asrequired.
• Tests, Troubleshoots,and performs Basic Repairs on all types of equipment with a ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude.
• Maintains MaintenanceInventory and Requisitions parts and supplies as needed, with exquisite Detail.
