Plumber

To provide efficient service to the guests & maintain the overall efficiency of standards set.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
2. Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
3. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
4. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
5. Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
6. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience as a Plumber or similar is an asset.
2. Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing or similar.
3. Highly responsible & reliable.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
5. Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
