Qualifications

• Diploma or related qualification in Plumbing is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing work.

• Hands-on approach with ability to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems.
• Installs, repairs and maintains pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures.

• Pool maintenance and operation including pumps, filtration, and chemical dosing.
• Monitor and maintain water quality; conduct routine checks and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene and operational standards.
• Diagnose, resolve plumbing issues with efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Carry out related light construction and electrical works as required.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.

• Installs, Repairs, and Maintains pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in Commercial and Residential Structures.
• Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works, including water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, and sanitary systems.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and operation, including pool pumps, filtration systems, circulation, valves, strainers, and backwashing.
• Monitor pool water levels, circulation, filtration, and chemical dosing to maintain required water-quality standards.
• Attend to pool-related leakages, blockages, equipment issues, and corrective maintenance.Conduct routine PPM and maintain records of plumbing and pool equipment activities.
• Ensure all works comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Responds to, Diagnoses, and Resolves Plumbing Issues with ‘FIVE-Star’ Efficiency.
• Performs remarkable Routine Inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Conducts Light Construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Tests, Troubleshoots, and performs Basic Repairs on all types of equipment with a ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude.
• Maintains Maintenance Inventory and Requisitions parts and supplies as needed, with exquisite Detail.
