Job Description for Plumber

A Plumber is responsible for fitting appliances, installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning units, and repairing plumbing systems to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Plumber, you are responsible for fitting appliances, installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning units, and repairing plumbing systems. You will also handle emergency repairs and liaise with contractors as needed. Your specific tasks will include:

• Fitting appliances such as toilets, sinks, and baths
• Installing and maintaining heating systems
• Fitting domestic appliances
• Installing and maintaining air-conditioning units
• Liaising with contractors and assisting with bathroom fittings
• Performing emergency repairs within the hotel
• Conducting daily checks around the hotel
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers
• Ensuring hotel fixtures and fittings are safe; taking action on unsafe conditions
• Participating in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Ensuring monthly safety inspections and staff training
