Role Description

The Plumber role at Enigma Plus Technical Services L. L. C. is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with some work-from-home tasks possible for planning, reporting, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The plumber will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and ensure that all work complies with safety standards and local regulations. The role also involves reading technical drawings, preparing basic material estimates, maintaining tools and equipment, and documenting work performed. Regular interaction with clients and site teams is expected to ensure clear communication and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Experience working with various types of pipes, fittings, valves, and related materials in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
• Hands‑on background in maintenance and repair, including preventive maintenance and emergency response for plumbing issues.
• Customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients, provide updates, and maintain a professional, respectful approach on‑site.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, basic schematics, and work orders, with attention to safety procedures and local codes.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, working in confined spaces) and operate standard plumbing tools and equipment.
