Job summary

Ennismore in Dubai is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our facilities team. You will maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems across our commercial properties, ensuring safety, reliability, and clean operation for guests and staff.

You will work with the maintenance crew on domestic water distribution, heating and spa systems, and respond to emergencies with precise workmanship. Strong knowledge of UAE codes and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in plumbing or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and technical systems relevant to plumbing applications.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing trade work: troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation across the facility.
• Maintain domestic water distribution, heating and chilled water piping, and sanitary systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing concerns with focus on quality workmanship and minimal disruption.
• Execute temporary and permanent solutions to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency of plumbing systems.
• Complete all assigned work orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain kitchen plumbing systems and related equipment, including sinks and fixtures.
• Assist with pool and spa system maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Perform comprehensive plumbing trade work, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems across the facility
• Maintain and repair domestic water distribution systems, heating and chilled water piping systems, storm and sanitary systems, and associated equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing concerns with a focus on quality workmanship, operational continuity, and minimal disruption
• Execute both temporary and permanent solutions to maintain system performance and operational reliability
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure plumbing systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably
• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner with meticulous attention to detail
• Perform maintenance and repairs on kitchen plumbing systems and related equipment, including sinks, drains, and fixtures
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of pool and spa systems, including pumps, filtration equipment, valves, piping, and water circulation components
• Support renovation and capital projects through planning, installation, and execution activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed within our maintenance management systems
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate required parts and supplies to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain organized storage areas and keep tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide support to other trades as required
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable building codes and local regulations in the UAE
• Participate in emergency response situations, including leaks, flooding, and critical system failures
• Identify deficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for infrastructure improvements
• Remain current with evolving plumbing technologies, practices, and industry standards
