Plumber

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
• Collaborate with renovation teams (electricians, carpenters, tilers, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and proper installation of utilities.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Replace old or damaged plumbing components (pipes, fixtures, water heaters, etc.) during renovations.
• Install appliances such as water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines, ensuring correct connections and functionality.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems, identify root causes, and carry out effective solutions.
• Use appropriate tools and materials to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience, preferably in renovation, remodeling, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, venting, and fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building codes.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools related to plumbing work.
• Familiarity with modern plumbing materials and techniques (e.g., PEX, CPVC, press fittings).
