Arrowpoint in Dubai is seeking a Platform Manager (Operations/Middle Office) to provide end-to-end trade support and lifecycle management across various asset classes including Fixed Income and Equities.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a related role, with strong knowledge of operational risks and trade lifecycle processes. The role involves monitoring trades, liaising with portfolio managers, and driving process improvements with the Technology team.

Provide end-to-end trade support and lifecycle management across Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Commodities, Equities, and related derivatives, including exotics and OTC products.
Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, booking, allocation, confirmation, and settlement across all asset classes and counterparties.
Reconcile cash, positions, and P&L daily with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement fails, and discrepancies promptly.
Manage corporate actions and asset servicing processes, including both mandatory and voluntary events.
Monitor margin calls, collateral movements, and funding requirements across counterparties.
Oversee daily operational activities performed by the outsourced middle office/operations team. Act as an escalation point for resolving high-risk exception items on a daily basis.
Partner with Technology team to drive automation, enhance straight-through processing, and implement system improvements that reduce operational risk and support business growth. Participate in system enhancements and upgrades to support evolving business needs.
Monitor and manage operational risks associated with trading activities. Collaborate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to identify and address control gaps and enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends in trade and operational activity. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings, investor reporting, and other compliance-related documentation.
Serve as a liaison between Portfolio Managers and wider infrastructure teams including risk, compliance, technology, and external counterparties locally. Build and maintain strong relationships with prime brokers, custodians, and service providers in the region.
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations, or a similar role within a hedge fund, investment bank, or asset management firm.
Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and middle office functions across FICC and broader multi-asset classes, including OTC derivatives.
Strong understanding of OTC derivative lifecycle including confirmations, collateral management, and clearing.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-starter mentality — comfortable building processes from the ground up and operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with portfolio managers, senior management, and external counterparties across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with common buy-side OMS/PMS/RMS systems and AI tools is a plus.
