Job summary

Legend Premium Real Estate & Investment is seeking a proactive finance/operations professional to support trading research, investor materials and stakeholder coordination in Dubai.

The role involves Excel-based financial modeling, AI-assisted document drafting and high-quality PowerPoint presentations for investors and fund reporting. You will coordinate meetings, track actions and help drive short-term objectives across hedge fund and real estate divisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for financial models, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to research, draft, and refine professional documents.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to build investor-facing decks and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of multi-workstream management.
• Prior experience in finance, investment or real estate environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders with market research, financial analysis and data gathering to support live trading decisions and fund reporting.
• Produce investor memos, pitch decks, fund documents and real estate presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
• Meetings: coordinate with investors, brokers and agents, prepare materials, schedule and track actions.
• Support execution of business decisions and short-term goals across hedge fund and real estate divisions, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, improve processes and contribute to team performance.

Trading support financial research

Assist traders with market research financial analysis and data gathering to support live trading decisions and fund reporting

Investor documents pitch decks

Produce investor memos pitch decks fund documents and real estate presentations using Excel PowerPoint and AI tools Output must be professional and client-ready

Meetings stakeholder coordination

Manage and coordinate meetings with investors real estate brokers and agents including preparation materials scheduling follow-ups and action tracking

Execution goal tracking

Support the execution of business decisions and short-term goals across the hedge fund and real estate divisions ensuring deliverables are completed on time

Office operations performance

Manage the day-to-day running of the office improve internal systems and processes and contribute to the overall performance of the team

Background in finance, business administration, or a related field
