Job summary

Reqiva is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the development and operation of enterprise-scale AI platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role is hands-on, focusing on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure that underpins AI and Generative AI solutions.

You will bring strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and DevOps, with a track record of automating cloud environments, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalable platform services for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in cloud platform engineering, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with GitHub and modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the development and operation of enterprise-scale AI platforms in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands‑on technical role focused on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports the development, deployment and management of AI and Generative AI solutions.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and DevOps, with experience designing, automating and maintaining reliable cloud environments.

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps or Generative AI platforms.
• Previous experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.Knowledge of cloud security, infrastructure resilience and operational best practices.
