Salt seeks an experienced Azure AI Platform Engineer to build and secure an enterprise-grade Azure AI environment in Abu Dhabi. Azure AI Platform Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract: 12-Month Extendable Contract

Working Model: Onsite

We are currently looking for an experienced Azure AI Platform Engineer to join a large project in Abu Dhabi, focused on building a secure, internally developed AI chatbot on Microsoft Azure - effectively an enterprise Copilot-style assistant.

This is a hands-on platform engineering role for someone with strong experience designing and establishing enterprise-grade Azure AI environments from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong Platform and configuration depth, over heavy coding.

It is essential that you hold one of the following certifications:

• Microsoft AI-102
• Microsoft AI-103

Required Experience

• 5+ years' experience, with strong Azure AI platform expertise
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI Foundry
• Strong experience with Azure OpenAI
• Experience implementing Azure AI Search and Enterprise RAG
• Strong platform and configuration expertise rather than purely application development
• Strong understanding of AI governance and security
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OIDC and SSO
• Strong knowledge of authentication, RBAC and enterprise data permissions
• Experience establishing Azure AI environments and reference architectures

Key Responsibilities
