Job summary

Reqiva is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the development and operation of enterprise-scale AI platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role is hands-on, focusing on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure that underpins AI and Generative AI solutions.

You will bring strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and DevOps, with a track record of automating cloud environments, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalable platform services for engineering teams.

Qualifications

Strong experience in cloud platform engineering, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with GitHub and modern DevOps practices.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain cloud-based development environments supporting enterprise AI solutions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
Develop and maintain scalable, reliable platform infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Support MLOps and Generative AI platforms, ensuring efficient deployment and operation.
Implement observability, monitoring and performance optimisation.
Work with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability and resilience.
Support DevOps practices, automation and continuous improvement across platform environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues to maintain operational stability.
