Plastic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant to join our prestigious healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing surgical and non-surgical procedures to enhance the physical appearance and restore functionality for a diverse range of patients.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting thorough consultations, assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and performing both aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed patient evaluations to understand their cosmetic and reconstructive surgery goals.
2. Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Execute a wide array of surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, facelifts, and tissue reconstruction.
4. Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, recovery processes, and associated risks.
5. Monitor and document patient progress during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages.
6. Collaborate with allied health professionals to promote comprehensive care.
7. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree with specialization in plastic surgery.
2. Board certification in Plastic Surgery and a valid medical license.
3. A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate residency training in plastic surgery.
4. Proven experience performing a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
6. Detail-oriented with superior problem-solving capabilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and show leadership when necessary.
8. Commitment to patient safety and ethical standards of practice.
