Job summary

PolyFab Plastic Industry LLC seeks an experienced Sales Executive for Retail Distribution Channels to drive sales growth across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will manage retailer relationships, generate enquiries and orders, and ensure timely collection while meeting gross profit targets.

You will visit retailers daily, identify new traders, promote Polyfab products, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in UAE construction, piping, fittings or related industry.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail/trade market, especially Dubai and Northern Emirates.
• Established network of retailers, traders and distributor channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of credit management, KYC, order processing and payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop retail customers across the assigned territory to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
• Visit 8–10 retailers daily to generate enquiries, develop relationships and drive sales.
• Identify and develop a target list of 50 potential traders/customers for volume sales.
• Promote Polyfab products to retailers and ensure proper product display at customer counters.
• Distribute catalogs and educate retailer sales teams on features, applications and benefits.
• Build relationships with business owners, purchase managers, sales executives, and other decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and secure LPOs/orders.
• Process orders through the booking process and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations, Logistics for delivery.
• Ensure invoices are submitted promptly and follow up for payment per credit terms.
• Increase cash sales and repeat business through strong customer service.
• Focus on increasing sales of pipe fittings and related products.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts for inventory planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and pricing.
