Job Purpose
To manage all hard and soft services under Tesla's scope of responsibilities at BNPP Site outside the restricted areas.
Key Activities, Responsibilities & Accountability
- Operational Planning
• Coordinate and update systems and processes, develop and implement Hard & Soft Services procedures.
• Implement opportunities for continuous improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor, control, and report on operational and financial KPIs related to Hard and Soft services provided by Tesla. - Operations Management
• Coordinate and monitor hard and soft services delivered under TFM agreement.
• Review contractor performance and KPIs.
• Ensure work meets standards and SLAs.
• Manage relationships with facilities design and fit-out work.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for office expansion inputs.
• Liaise with procurement to prepare and review scopes of services for improvement and cost reduction. - Facility Management
• Manage landscaping, gardening, cleaning, pest control, waste collection, catering, and laundry services.
• Supervise office space utilization and recommend improvements.
• Manage office pantries and participate in layout, furniture, and interior design projects.
• Support audits and create action plans based on findings. - General Services
• Manage resources for office support services, utilities, housekeeping, transportation.
• Ensure supply of office consumables.
• Oversee pantry and reception services, coordinate with relevant departments. - HSE, Security & Continuity
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain team certifications and qualifications.
• Assess risks and follow security policies.
• Ensure business continuity and crisis management adherence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Facility Management Certification.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Soft & Hard Facilities Management.
