Job Description:

A Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a manufacturing plant or facility. Their primary role is to ensure that the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while meeting production targets and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Proven expertise in plant operations, process optimization, and managing large-scale production environments.
2. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and capital projects.
3. Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
