Job Description

Supervises: Laboratory, Sales, Production, Administration and Transportation.

To ensure quality of all the products and equipment, monitor the staff, and enhance their knowledge regularly up to market standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Monitoring the activities for each and providing support wherever required.
2. Delegating responsibility and authority to subordinates to facilitate efficient operations and services to the company toward the customers.
3. Overseeing all operational activities of the plant.
4. Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers’ requirements.
5. Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
6. Preparing production and performance reports for senior management.
7. Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
8. Following up on lab activities.
9. Following up on P&L.
10. Improving the station for future business.
