Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mixers, conveyors, and batch plants.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Optimize production processes for energy efficiency and cost savings.
• Monitor KPIs and production data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Lead plant improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant Manager.
