Job summary

Fujairah National Group LLC in Dubai seeks a Plant Operations Manager with 5-10 years of Gulf experience to oversee multiple departments and the plant's daily activities. The role requires leadership, strong operational management, and adherence to health and safety standards.

You will monitor production, ensure quality control, prepare management reports, and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all departments and monitor activities, providing support where required.
• Delegate responsibility to subordinates to ensure efficient operations and services to customers.
• Oversee all operational activities of the plant and improve quality to meet standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare production and performance reports for senior management.
• Build effective relationships with suppliers and customers; follow up on lab activities and P&L.
• Follow up the station for future business development.
