Job summary

PeopleStrong in Dubai is seeking a P&M Superintendent to lead plant and machinery operations for complex construction projects, including deep excavation and station works. You will drive strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted execution across all shifts.

Oversee deployment and maintenance of cranes, dewatering systems, heavy lifting equipment, and concrete pumps; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; plan maintenance to minimize downtime;

Qualifications

• SSC required.
• Experience leading plant and machinery operations in construction.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant and machinery operations strategy for construction activities.
• Oversee deployment, utilization and maintenance of cranes, dewatering systems, heavy lifting equipment, concrete pumps.
• Ensure safety standards, procedures and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance planning and coordination.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with site teams.
