Job summary

ADNOC Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced professional to lead inspection activities across plant equipment, tanks, and piping. You will review performance data, assess corrosive conditions, and ensure integrity through rigorous inspection of systems and records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering and about 6 years of related experience, with applicable professional certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in inspection and related areas with proven capability.
• Professional certifications, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical performance of equipment during operation and testing; prepare reports.
• Oversee corrosion control systems and maintain inspection records.
• Assess conditions to monitor corrosive environments and evaluate material performance.
• Review metallurgy for modifications and major projects; update procedures and specs.
• Conduct corrosion studies, failure analyses, and investigations to enhance safety and integrity.
• Inspect process plant equipment, tanks, piping, valves, and lifting gear during turnarounds and on-stream inspections.
