Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/management.
• 10–15 years of middle or senior management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality and HSE.

• Deliver OTIF targets with right-first-time quality and cost control.
• Lead a high-performing leadership team and drive continuous improvement.
