Job summary

Pentuell? Pentabell is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to oversee schedules for medium-to-large projects and develop integrated master programs with executive-level reporting.

The role requires a strong background in planning/scheduling, Primavera P6, and risk analysis, with leadership experience in PMC environments. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory; a master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience.
• At least 4–5 years in a planning/scheduling role with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Master Integrated Programs with end to end integrated master schedules.
• Review and approve Consultant and Contractor programs with formal reviews.
• Manage interfaces and dependencies for cross-package coordination.
• Identify delays and propose recovery or mitigation measures.
• Support EOT delay analysis under contract with time impact analysis.

Summary

Manage schedules for medium-to-large projects. Develop integrated master programs and provide executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Master Integrated Programs with end to end integrated master schedules. Review challenge and approve Consultant and Contractor programs with formal review and approval authority. Manage interfaces and dependencies for cross package and interface coordination. Identify delays and propose recovery or mitigation measures through recovery planning and resequencing. Support EOT delay analysis under contract by providing time impact analysis support.

Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mandatory, Master s degree Preferred. 12+ years total experience, At Least 4 5 years in a planning/scheduling role with increasing responsibility (planner/scheduler, senior planner). PMC leadership role experience is highly recommended. Primavera P6 Professional Mandatory. Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred. Delay Analysis / Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Tools Advantage. Advanced Excel / reporting and dashboarding tools Preferred.
