Planning & Project Control Engineer

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB operates in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and delivers high-quality engineering and project services to Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries mainly in UAE and other Arabian Gulf Countries. This year the Company has been operating in UAE for 10 years and its parent company has been in business for almost 80 years. We are now looking for Planning & Project Control Engineer to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Reports To

The Planning & Project Control Engineer reports to the Senior Manager, Project Controls.

Job Overview

The Planning & Project Control Engineer is responsible to focus on and produce quality project planning packages and ensures effective and profitable project monitoring, control and Reporting in all project areas according to company's quality standards. Only candidates with Engineering Consultancy FEASIBILITY,FEED and DETAIL ENGINEERING Experience from reputable engineering consultancies shall be considered.

Responsibilities And Duties

In this role, the incumbent will:

1. Bachelor's degree with minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in Project Control of Engineering functions (mainly) and an understanding of the requirements of Procurement / Construction in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
2. Good to have work experience in UAE.
3. Working experience with reputed engineering consultants and major turnarounds is an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fluent in English language.
6. Can work on multiple projects.
7. Shares the company values of teamwork, transparency, honesty and equality.
8. Any locally or internationally recognized professional certifications and affiliations are considered as a plus.
9. Meets with UAE visa requirements.
10. Team player, hardworking, problem solver and have a can-do attitude.
