Planning Manager (Site Based)

This Planning professional will be able to see the bigger picture. You will be able to challenge, lead, and coordinate at all levels.

We want someone that sees beyond the baseline program and can see risk before it's an issue. This person will understand how to work with a client to ensure that all obstacles are removed to ensure that progress and profitability occurs for both client and contractor.

Do you have a track record on 400 Million AED Type projects within the Buildings sector for Tier 1 Main Contractors? You will have the communication and technical awareness to lead a team and handle the planning and programming challenges of a Major Build Project.

We have dealt with this business for 10+ years and have seen them look after employees through the highs and lows of the past decade. This employer is a proper multi-disciplinary main contractor with Piling, Marine, Joinery, MEP, and Plant. They have 30+ years in business and are seen as one of the most capable main contractors in the Middle East.

They have relationships with key government, tech, and developer clients in the Gulf. At present, within Buildings alone, they are turning over 1.9 Billion AED.

This contractor has just received 2 awards across the Emirates and needs to hire a Planning Lead for both:

1. Abu Dhabi – 510 Million AED – Mixed Use
2. Dubai – 610 Million AED – Shopping Mall Development
