PLANNING ENGINEERS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
2. Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and delay analysis.
3. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
5. Prepare resource planning, cost loading, and cash flow forecasts.
6. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.
8. Perform risk analysis and propose corrective measures to keep projects on track.
9. Work closely with commercial and site teams for effective coordination and reporting.
10. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the GCC, preferably in the UAE.
3. Strong background in contracting companies; must have worked with reputable construction firms in the UAE.
4. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
5. Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis, and cost control.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead planning activities.
8. Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
