Job Summary:

We are seeking a Planning Engineer with proven experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project delivery in accordance with MEP scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) covering full MEP scope.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP activities.
  • Identify and report on critical paths, delays, and areas of concern.
  • Prepare and update look-ahead programs in coordination with site engineers.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide inputs on scheduling matters.
  • Work closely with procurement, subcontractors, and consultants to align schedules.
  • Ensure integration of MEP schedule with civil and overall project timelines.
  • Support in claims and EOT submissions, if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of planning experience, specifically in MEP projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of MEP systems in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to join immediately (mandatory).
