We’re Hiring: Planning Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure

Location: Sharjah-UAE.

Are you a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with experience in roads and infrastructure projects? Join our Infrastructure Division in Sharjah and play a key role in the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale civil works in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Critical path analysis & baseline planning
• Delay analysis and mitigation

Progress Monitoring

• Track actual vs planned progress
• Prepare reports, variance analysis, and forecasts

️ Risk Management

• Identify project risks and disruptions
• Perform “what-if” analysis and propose solutions

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Attend meetings and provide planning insights

Cost & Contract Control

• Collaborate with QS for budgeting and cost tracking
• Support EoT claims and contract submissions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of UAE-based roads & infrastructure planning experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards
• Excel proficiency; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
