Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management is required.
• 8–10 years of construction planning and scheduling experience, preferably in high-rise towers.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Resident Engineers, Project Managers and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose solutions to keep project on schedule.
• Prepare detailed schedules including critical path and resource allocation.
• Prepare cash flows and histograms with resource levelling.
• Conduct weekly and monthly status reviews for senior management and clients.
• Review progress and recommend actions to meet completion dates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align their schedules.
