Skills & experience
· Computer Literate with the Following Softwares: Primavera P6, MS Project , MS Office and Power Point
· Holder of a valid UAE driving license
· Background in Construction / Fit out Works

· Planning and Organization – Strong planning and organisation skills required to ensure all tasks and objectives are self-managed and delivered on a timely basis and system are implemented and best practice is followed.
· Professional knowledge and Analytical thinking – Strong, rationale thinking with a challenging, questioning mind that can view issues as a whole as well as drill down into the final detail. the targeted Budget according to the priority levels agreed with the business and Planning Manager.
· Team Orientation – Ability to work as a team member under pressure to deliver objectives on time. Good team leader and “people manager”. Effective and flexible team member who is a decision maker and good delegator.
Qualifications
• Recognized qualification in Building Services Engineering or other appropriate engineering subject is preferred. Candidates without formal engineering qualifications may be considered if they have acquired sufficient experience (minimum 4 years in the role of a relevant construction management position) to demonstrate competence in the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
• 4 years of industry relevant experience
