Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Planner.
• Prepare Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), KPIs, Risk and Opportunity Registers for the projects.
• Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews to monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Prepare and submit progress reports on a weekly basis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and services are available when needed.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members on scheduling matters.
• Draft formal communications in relation to project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of five years of experience specifically in facade planning and construction within the building industry.
• Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar advanced scheduling software, with a strong understanding of its application to complex facade systems.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and mitigation strategies tailored to facade projects.
