Job description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) for civil activities including concrete, foundation, piling, and structural works.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project schedule and highlight any deviations or delays.
• Analyze critical paths, float analysis, and resource loading to optimize construction sequences.
• Participate in weekly and monthly project progress reviews and reporting (S-Curves, Histograms, Dashboard reports).
• Work closely with site teams to gather actual progress data, validate it, and update schedules accordingly.
• Forecast potential delays and identify mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and support documentation as required.
• Maintain records and logs related to planning and scheduling, such as baseline schedules, revised schedules, and as-built programs.
• Support in the preparation of project progress presentations and reports to be submitted to clients and management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in planning roles, specifically within EPC companies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in civil works—particularly concrete, foundations, piling, and structural components.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Good understanding of project control functions such as cost control, resource planning, and earned value management.
• Familiarity with construction methods, industry standards, and contractual terms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
