Job Description
  • Prepare Planning Package – Baseline Project Schedule, Engineering Documents Deliverables Register (MDR), Progress Measurement System, S-Curve, Manpower Histogram, Project Calendars
  • Prepare Project Status Reports, including Weekly, Monthly, and MIS reports
  • Develop planning documents for proposals such as Bid Schedule, Manpower Deployment Plan, Manpower Histogram, and S Curve
  • Implement Earned Value Management techniques
  • Allocate Manhours for timesheet tracking according to the schedule
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and change orders
  • Update and maintain project schedules, progress statistics, S curves, and prepare forecasts, recoveries, and re-baselining plans
  • Coordinate with engineering discipline leads on scheduling and progress issues
  • Identify and report potential project problems to management across all phases
  • Contribute to change management processes by analyzing and reporting schedule impacts
  • Understand all project documentation, including scope of services, contract conditions, and project execution plans
  • Assist management in decision-making and support functions as directed
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in Water & Sewerage Pumping Stations, Transmission pipelines, Desalination plants, or Oil & Gas pipeline construction
  • Proficient in Primavera-P6 (version 21), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards related to road and infrastructure projects
  • Willingness to visit project sites as required
