Morals General Contracting UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Analyze project variances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines.
Prepare and present progress reports, delay analyses, and forecasts.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
Review and validate project schedules submitted by subcontractors.
Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights
.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction planning, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project controls.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
