Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer (Civil) with 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including milestones, critical paths, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic and achievable project timelines.
• Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to avoid potential delays.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports, schedule updates, and related documentation.
• Provide input on project strategies, resource allocation, and schedule optimization.
• Support the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with all project teams to facilitate smooth communication and adherence to schedules.
• Identify deviations from the plan and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling principles, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in both large-scale and small-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
