We are looking for a proactive Planning Engineer to develop monitor and control project schedules ensuring timely completion of electrical and construction projects Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project or similar tools Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Coordinate with project teams to gather progress data and identify potential delays Analyze project timelines resource allocation and critical paths Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Identify risks and develop mitigation plans related to project timelines Assist in change management and scope adjustments Support project management with planning scheduling and resource planning Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction electrical industry Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD and MS Office Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate availability preferred
