Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage project planning phases: tendering, design, procurement, execution, and handover.
2. Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and scope.
3. Prepare tender programs, evaluate resources, and advise senior leadership on timelines and costs.
4. Develop and monitor Baseline Construction Programs (BCP) with updates and reports.
5. Track and manage Target Construction Programs (TCP), propose recovery plans if needed.
6. Monitor procurement schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
7. Assess and advise on availability of manpower, equipment, and resources.
8. Ensure timely appointments of vendors/suppliers through all project phases.
9. Coordinate information flow and approvals with stakeholders.
10. Submit required reports: Weekly, Monthly, Productivity, and Delay Reports.
11. Prepare Delay Notices and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
12. Participate in cross-functional project review meetings.
13. Mentor and guide Planning Engineers and Assistant Planners.
